Orders that are cancelled a 48 hours before the delivery date will bear no cancelation charges
Customer will have to pay 75% if they the order is cancelled 24 hours before the delivery time
Customer will have to pay 100% if they the order is cancelled 18 hours before the delivery time
We understand the importance of timely delivery and We try our best to deliver orders on time.
In case of any delay due to any unavoidable circumstances such as accidents, traffic jams, floods, rain, riot's etc, the customer will be notified. We expect the customers to show Patience towards our Bazzle.pk employees in such situations.
We reserve the right to not deliver orders in unavoidable circumstances such as accidents, traffic jams, floods, rains, riots etc. We expect the customers to show Empathy towards our Bazzle.pk employees in such situations.
There will not be any refunds made where orders are not delivered in unavoidable circumstances such as emergency, accident, traffic jams, floods, rains, riots or any other law and order situation in the country.
All our deliveries are made through reliable courier service so the clients can keep a full track of their balloon parcel, giving you complete visibility of all your parcels.
You can select your required delivery date at the check-out page. Due to the current circumstances all courier companies are overworked and are currently not taking same day delivery. Hence, we recommend ordering balloons prior to the actual day, so that they are delivered in time for the event. The balloons will last as we only use high quality balloons and helium only.
Various test runs have been done before starting the pan Pakistan delivery.
DAMAGED DELIVERY REFUNDS
If the balloons are received damaged, or less then ordered in anyway, we will replace it or refund the cost of the item damaged or missing, and not the whole order. If you no longer require the order on the account if it being late, or damaged fully, we reserve the right to ask you not to receive it and file a complaint there and then. As our products are fragile, we’re unable to issue discounts or refunds if an image of the faulty item isn’t provided within 5 hours of arrival.
